Visit the organic farm of our Cesarina Renata.
This farm is on the hills near Florence and was funded by Renata, who started cultivating the land around her house almost 30 years ago. The Tuscan landscape, characterized by the perfect balance between nature and culture, inspired the choice of a biological production (fruit, vegetable, wine and extra virgin olive oil).
You will have the chance to visit an olive grove and a vineyard. There you will discover all the secrets of these iconic products of the Tuscan gastronomy: Olive oil and wine.
Then you will head to the fields, growing a variety of seasonal produce including legumes, tomatoes, cauliflower... and you will collect the ingredients for your cooking class.
After the visit you will go to your Cesarina’s house to prepare 3 local recipes (starter, pasta and dessert) from scratch and discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine.
You will then taste everything you’ve prepared, accompanied by local wines.
