Barbara was awesome!  My family had an amazing experience cooking with Barbara, the food was spectacular and she was so nice and sweet that the experience was just the best. I absolutely would recommend this experience, and if you can do with Barbara you should absolutely book it.

An unforgettable experience learning how to cook amazing dishes while learning history of the cuisine and region. Barbara was a great teacher and walked us through the ingredients and techniques, and provided the perfect kitchen setting for a really wonderful time!

We did the cooking class with Barbara while we were staying at Montepuciano and it was unexpectedly the highlight of the entire trip! From the moment we walked in the vibe was welcoming and fun. She was a fantastic teacher, and everything was beautifully set up and prepared. 

Would give it 6/5 if I could, and recommend to anyone thinking about it!

Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time. It was a delightful day all around and the highlight of our vacation in Italy! We would come back for this amazing experience - thank you for having us, Barbara!!
