Tuscan cuisine is all about simplicity, with most of the dishes having only a couple of main ingredients. With roots in the "cucina povera", the key is to use perfect techniques to make the flavours sing. For example, stale Tuscan bread is given a new lease of life in summer's 'panzanella' salad, and 'ribollita' soup.

Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of some typical dishes and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by local wines.

Enjoy an Aperitivo with sparkling wine and nibbles followed by a cooking class. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic recipes (starter, pasta and dessert) and of the famous Bruschetta (/bruˈsketə/). Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes.
