During your visit, you will also learn about the production of fruit preserves and flour. It’s a really unique and interesting experience, where you can get to know the local experts who are behind Italy’s world-famous ingredients.
You will then go to your Cesarina’s house to prepare 3 local recipes (starter, pasta and dessert) from scratch and discover the secrets of regional Italian cuisine.
After the class, you’ll taste everything you’ve prepared, accompanied by local wines.
