Whether you're a seasoned pasta maker, or just want to get to grips with the basics, under the guidance of your Cesarina you will learn how to make the dough and prepare a typical Sicilian fresh pasta: the maccheroni.
Sicilian maccheroni, also known by the name maccheroni col buco, to distinguish them from maccheroni cooked in other regions, are the classic grandmother's recipe. To allow you to cook with your Cesarina and to make your experience memorable, we will send you in advance a small recipe book containing the ingredients and equipment that you will need to use during the course. No fancy pasta machine required!
The rate is per person and the maximum number of participants for each course is 10 people.
