Enjoy the market tour, with the Cesarina learn how to select the best vegetables and ingredients of the season and immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home. Learn the secrets of the most famous vegetarian dishes of local cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by local wines.
During the cooking class the Cesarina will teach you some tricks of the trade of three authentic recipes (starter, pasta and dessert).
Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes.
