cooking classesWe have partnered with Palazzo di Varignana for a cooking class dedicated to extra virgin olive oil.
In this special hands-on cooking class you will learn how to cook 3 local dishes where the oil is the protagonist. After the cooking class you will taste your creations for lunch or dinner with wine included.
At the end of the experience you will receive an exclusive gift: the Varignana kit of oils in ready to fly format.
The kit consists of two types of oil:
- Blue Blend: Cultivar Correggiolo, Leccio del Corno and Pendolino - 100 ml
- Green Blend: Cultivar Maurino Vittoria Selection, Verzola and Leccino - 100 ml
