Great, this experience is what you are looking for: visit an authentic olive oil mill in Zuccarello, a little medieval hamlet in province of Savona, and enjoy a cooking class of 3 regional recipes.

Your will meet Alessandra, our Cesarina at the olive oil mill in Zuccarello (SV). There you will learn about the olive oil, discover its main characteristics and its production. The ancient millstone from the 19th century is still working!

After the visit you will head to your Cesarina’s home to enjoy a cooking class where you will learn her authentic and secret menu:

- Bruschetta (/bruˈsketə/) with olive oil and olives’ “spezzata” (homemade) - Local pumpkin Tortelli - Green “Tagliarini” pasta with meat sauce - Gianduiotti di nonna Marcellina cake

After the class, you will taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by carefully selected local wines.
