You will start with the iconic Caprese salad, the perfect marriage of fresh tomatoes,creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil. You will then learn how to prepare Ravioli Capresi, from the dough to the sauce. Delicious!
As the icing on the cake you will learn Caprese cake, a triumph of chocolate and almonds.
