Capri is famous for its blue sea, for its hidden natural gems but also for its gastronomy. The cuisine of the island is based on fish and fresh vegetables, a classic of the Mediterranean ingredients, and it still reflects the influence of the different cultures that ruled the area (from the Greeks and Romans to the French and Spanish).

In this class you will learn to prepare a complete menu: Caprese salad, Ravioli Capresi and Caprese cake.

You will start with the iconic Caprese salad, the perfect marriage of fresh tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil. You will then learn how to prepare Ravioli Capresi, from the dough to the sauce. Delicious!

As the icing on the cake you will learn Caprese cake, a triumph of chocolate and almonds.

After the class you will taste the fruit of your hard work with local wines. Feel like part of the family during a typical lazy Italian Sunday lunch. Slow down and enjoy Capri gastronomy at its best!
