As we stroll through the vineyards, we will introduce you to the differences between the different varieties grown in Vallagarina. Arriving at your destination sitting in the grass in the shade of ancient Marzemino and Schiava vineyards or on the steps of an ancient stone building we will guide you in a tasting of 3 local wines and typical dishes of our territory.
Your picnic basket will certainly not lack: potato tortel with speck and Vezzena cheese, barley salad with Val di Gresta vegetables, carne salada carpaccio with homemade bread, trout or char bites, buckwheat cakes with cherry jam.
