Your experience
An emotional tour around our beloved island, one wine after another, to discover the most characteristic landscapes: from Etna to the west coast, to the producers and the wonderful realities (and wines) they create year after year.
In this experience, participants will taste 3 wines from 3 different areas of Sicily. Accompanied by our wine and food guide, they will discover the basics of wine tasting and the realities of various Sicilian producers, selected for their respect for the land and the authenticity of their work.
Each wine will be expertly paired with a tasting of strictly local products, along with an introduction on the most effective pairings.

- Excellent class, but was not given the recipes and told not to write down as they would follow by email. I have not received as yet, hopefully may come. If they don't will be really disappointed. Otherwise great experience. Justine Harder
- What a fabulous experience making pasta and tiramisu from scratch with Donatella, and then enjoying dinner with her and four exchange students taking classes in Taormina! It was truly an unforgettable experience - unique & authentic!
- Changing the meeting point at the last moment was very bad. We very nearly missed out on the tour altogether. However, this poor management was made up for by our excellent guide, Viola. She was well informed, interesting, friendly. In fact doing the tour felt like eating out with a friend. Her recommendations for places to eat were very useful. We tried at least two & both were very fine. We would recommend this tour to anyone, but please don’t mess people about with changes of meeting points.
- Everything was lovely, as were Donatella and her son Gabrielle. The only negative was the quantity of the food. We were both really still hungry after we left there house and went to find a restaurant!
