My passion for cooking and gastronomy was born out of curiosity: to discover the products, taste everything that our vegetable gardens and ports have to offer, and talk to producers. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and revealing the secrets of Puglian cuisine, as we prepare together three typical Puglian recipes.
I will take you on a culinary journey through this fascinating Italian region: we will start with friselle, topped with stracciatella cheese and homemade pickled vegetables. Then we'll make the famous orecchiette, just like the Puglian tradition dictates, and finally the sporcamuss, typical little sweets that, due to their powdered sugar and cream, inevitably end up getting your nose a little dirty!

- Anna was just amazing. One on one class and selection of ingredients really helped me understand the need for quality. This was less about cooking and more about appropriately preparing fresh and delicious natural ingredients. I also learned a lot about the area and the different foods and we discussed the differences in food styles as I had travelled from Northern Italy.
