- Me and my friends had a great dinnertime. The local food was delicious and Silvia and Andrea were terrific hosts. They give us not only the feeling of beeing warmly welcome, they even gave us insight of how life is around Udine. We could remain seated and talking the whole night because we filled so comfortable at the house of Silvia und Andrea. It was an great experience!
- Silvia is such an awesome cook! We didn't make pizza but delicious sweet and savory ravioli, ricotta cakes (savory) and the best tiramisu of my life! She is an awesome host and she bought fresh pastry in the morning, made coffee and she gave me lots of wine to drink! There was awesome cheese and san danielle ham with the menu and she explained every step of the preparation very clearly so it was easy for me to follow the recipe! She has two dogs and three cats so if you have time in between food preperation you have something to pet! It was an awesome experience and I would love to come again!
