Join us for a cooking experience immersed in the vibrant colors and flavors of the Amalfi Coast. With us, you'll have the chance to create delicious potato gnocchi with tomato sauce, fresh basil, and Campania mozzarella from scratch! You'll also visit our garden to see the locally-sourced ingredients that will make their way to your table only minutes later.
Our entirely homemade and farm-to-table dinner begins with an appetizer featuring vegetables and buffalo mozzarella from Campania; the Sorrentina-style Gnocchi you've prepared; the catch of the day with garden-fresh vegetables; fruit and dessert (a choice between tiramisu or the irresistible lemon delight) - all accompanied by a fine local wine.

Andrea welcomes his guests in a rustic villa located on top of the first pearl of the Amalfi Coast: Vietri Sul Mare. Thanks to the care of Nonno Gaetano for the details, the villa enjoys a unique and welcoming environment. The idea was born from the love for food and the desire to share with friends, tourists and guests the ancient traditions of exchange between farmers and fishermen of the coast. The union of the products of the earth with fresh local fish gives rise to "poor" dishes, but with the true essence of flavors and scents of the Amalfi Coast.
