In addition to serving good food, in fact, she loves to pay special attention to the choice of tablecloth, tableware and glasses, strictly chosen according to the wine. In this menu she offers you an experience through one of the typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition: the famous Bagna Càuda, a traditional Piedmontese sauce in which meat and raw or cooked vegetables are dipped, all accompanied by excellent local wine.
