A menu with the authentic flavors of Bolognese tradition, prepared by me following the recipes of my Bolognese grandmothers. All of this on a splendid terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bologna with a view of San Luca. I will delight you with appetizers made with local products. Next, homemade tagliatelle with slow-cooked Bolognese ragù that simmers for hours. For the main course, I propose a meatloaf with gratinéed tomatoes. To conclude, the Tenerina, a cake with a rich dark chocolate flavor. Wine carefully chosen from the region. In case of bad weather, we will dine indoors.
