In our home restaurant nestled in the countryside of san Gimignano, dishes are prepared with km 0 products harvested directly from our garden and chicken coop, while the real magic happens in our kitchen.
The dishes we will cook will be according to Tuscan tradition: liver pate and mixed crostini, tagliatelle alla campagnola made with eggs from our free-range hens and products from the garden... zucchini, eggplant and onion. To conclude we will make tiramisu, also cooked with eggs from our hens. Everything takes place surrounded by one of the most beautiful views you can find in the area.
