- Tiramisù (a chilled dessert made with coffee, lady fingers and mascarpone cheese)
The dishes i prepare with my guest are inspired by ancient Sicilian recipes. I use seasonal ingredients that I buy in the historic markets of Catania. My specialties are fresh pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli, busiate, cavatelli, gnocchi; Parmigiana or eggplant rolls; Dessert: tiramisù or blancmange with almond milk.

- It was wandrefull evening full of fresh pasta making, Sicilian flawors and fun. Our guest- Cesarina was wery frendly, we felt like at home. We made hand made pasta with pesto and tiramissu and it was the best! Than you very much, we realy enjoyed it
- My husband and I came to Marilu's house on the last day of our honeymoon and this class was the highlight of our entire trip. Marilu and her husband were extremely welcoming and warm. We made DELICIOUS food and learned a lot about pasta making and the food specific to Sicily and Catania. We felt incredibly at home despite being in another country. Please do not miss this opportunity to learn, taste and experience the very best of Sicily. 10000/10 would definitely recommend.
- We had a great experience in Catania taking a class with Marilu. She and her husband welcomed us to their home and taught us how to make elegant yet classic Sicilian dishes. We handrolled pasta, prepared eggplant and even a donkey milk almond dessert! It was very delicious in the end and they even offered us some liqueurs they and their family made. All in all, an amazing experience by a very kind couple.
- I wish I could give 10 stars! I've done cooking class in Fiji, Thailand, Turkey and Korea and this was my absolute favorite! Marilu and her husband made us feel like family. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The food was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
