  • Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (homemade pasta) with butter and sage
  • Tiramisù (a chilled dessert made with coffee, lady fingers and mascarpone cheese)

In this cooking class you will learn how to make piada which is our bread. I will serve it to you with cheeses from my area but also with some delicious vegetables seasoned with bread parsley a little bit of garlic that are typical of my city and country vegetables .As pasta we will make Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach you will learn how to make it and how to roll it with a rolling pin and finally I will teach you how to make Tiramisu. All this in my house a quiet place that has a nice garden where you can relax and spend a few carefree hours having fun while making piada the pasta and dessert ...finally everything you will have prepared you will taste sitting comfortably drinking a good glass of wine from local wineries

Incuriosita dal nome stesso, Le Cesarine, un'esperienza condivisa in famiglia, ho prenotato insieme al mio ragazzo. Ed eccoci arrivati, l'accoglienza impeccabile della Cesarina Patrizia insieme al suo bellissimo cagnolino Zeus da subito è stato come sentirsi a casa. Casa stupenda, curata nel minimo dettaglio, cucina deliziosa e ben attrezzata. Si comincia! Ricette tipiche romagnole, dalla piada, agli strozzapreti e infine alla torta romagnola con mele e noci...che dire!. Semplicemente un'esperienza unica da provare assolutamente. Ringrazio immensamente la Cesarina Patrizia che ci accolto come fossimo di famiglia, dandoci consigli utili nel cucinare ricette squisite, la ringraziamo per averci resi partecipi per una mezza giornata della sua quotidianità, condividendo con noi il suo "nido" fatto di tanto amore.

‏A perfect experience. Everything was so fun and they welcomed us so pleasantly, the ingredients were from their private garden, their details ,even the visibility of the house and the kitchen is a real Italian experience that you shouldn't miss , everything was so special and authentic, Patricia and Luca, her gorgeous son and the whole perfect family .We made the most delicious pasta I've ever tasted and tiramisu of my dreams, It was an experience we will never forget and will return for sure. Grazie mille!!❤️

We have felt very welcome. Everyone was very nice and through their son we could also communicate very well. Everything was very loving and the house is beautifully decorated with an incredible garden. The food was fantastic. With many ingredients from their own garden. Patrizia and her family are simply fantastic! The warm welcoming and hospitality really sent this activity to the sky! Fabolous food with good explanations on how's and why's when making pasta, even letting us have a go. Simply the best! We cannot other than recommend anyone interested in italian cuisine and a great experience with lovely Patrizia and family.

Excellent experience, you can’t leave Rimini without doing cook lesson with Patrizia. Patricia and her family are very friendly and lovely. If you don’t speak italien, her son speak very well english. These pastas are the best of my life and thanks to them i can make it again. Just thank you.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
