My husband and I a long time ago left Florence and Rome to live in Sarteano, a little medieval town not far from Siena and Montepulciano. We will be very happy to share with you a couple of hours of our lifestyle and taste our typical foods. This's the day to put your hands in the dough and learn how to make pici and ravioli. We will finish the class - and our meal- with a tiramisù!

- Fabulous Class! Barbara welcomed us into her home and did an excellent job of showing us her recipes.
- Barbara was an amazing host, chef, and teacher! This was one of my favorite experiences on my trip to Italy. They made us feel so welcome and were so kind to share their home with us. We learned two different ways of making pasta and how to make tiramisu. Everything was delicious - everyone in our group agreed that it was the best meal we had in Italy. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Afterwards we shared the meal together and enjoyed getting to know each other. A truly unique experience and the highlight of our Tuscan Italian trip. Highly recommend.
