Water, flour and salt a simple mix for a magical result. I will accompany you in the preparation of fresh handmade pasta. We will use simple ingredients that will become high quality dishes with unforgettable flavor! We will prepare three different types of pasta : pici, or large spaghetti with a "liar" tomato and sausage sauce, ravioli ricotta and pecorino, with Nobile di Montepulciano wine in the dough, and strozzapreti, a sort of tagliatelle not well cut with a spicy tomato and parsley sauce. Get our hands dirty and then enjoy cheerfully, these three traditional dishes. Ending with a glass of good wine, why not?

- We had the most wonderful time with Barbara and Patrizio at their home. We feel like we made friends for life. I loved the way we talked about how food is the best way for people from all countries and cultures to have common ground and the family stories around food that were shared with us. The recipes that Barbara taught us to make were so delicious and I can't wait to do my best to make them for our family and friends here at home. I can't imagine a better experience anywhere. It is a memory I will treasure forever. I hope I can meet with them again someday for another warm hug and stories shared over incredible food.
