Want to get a real taste of Salento? I will be proud to share its hidden culinary secrets with you.
We'll start by visiting together the local market and I'll teach you how to select the best ingredients according to seasonality. Then we'll return to my home to enjoy an italian aperitif with bread meatballs and start with the cooking class. We'll prepare pasta with mussels or fresh fish and then finish with tart with custard and fresh peaches.

- Valeria and her husband are lovely people that will make you feel welcome at their home. Nothing is too much for theme, lovely food, nice wines and amazing homemade aperitifs. So nice to share a summer night with these people and share stories together. I would definetily recommend this experience!
