Pasta Lovers Cooking class followed by lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared during the class.
- Baked pasta with vegetables from the garden
- Pizzoccheri (a type of short tagliatelle, a flat ribbon pasta, made with buckwheat flour and wheat flour)
- Tortelloni stuffed with pork
We prepare the traditional first course: pizzoccheri (using local vegetables and cheeses).
We then learn how to make tortelloni stuffed with pork cooked in Bbq at a low temperature, for a richly flavored and very modern dish. We finish with a baked pasta that we will dress with seasonal vegetables (local vegetables, if the experience is done in summer or fall, we can pick vegetables directly from the garden).

Now I live with my family in an old barn surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool.
