The cooking class offers a comprehensive experience immersed in the culinary richness of the Franciacorta region. During the class, we will explore together the preparation of three delicious local recipes, including a sophisticated appetizer, a first course made with fresh artisanal pasta, and an irresistible dessert.
After the exciting experience in the kitchen, we will sit down to enjoy a fine three-course menu consisting exclusively of the dishes we just prepared during the class. This culinary moment offers not only the opportunity to savor the fruits of our efforts, but also to fully immerse ourselves in the gastronomic tradition of Franciacorta.

- Da Paolina e Luciano, tutto è perfetto, dall' accoglienza, dall'atmosfera della casa e soprattutto dal cibo: supremo!!! Restare con loro ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia . Ci hanno accolto, coccolato e viziato con ogni cosa potessero affrirci. La qualità del cibo e delle persone è stata al di sopra delle aspettative. Complimenti Paolina!!! Sono contenta d'averti conosciuta ,torneremo presto per una vostra coccola di cuore e di gola. Grazie.
- Absolutely amazing! Best experience for us in Italy! Everything was perfect both the hospitality, the location, the planning and the food! Paulina was extremely kind and very very good at cooking - you could really feel how proud and competent she is. The rest of the family was also very kind and personal and they made us feel very special and not as tourists on a food course. Along the food we also had very delicious aperitif and wines which Paulinas husband was very good at paring with the food. Good time for talking while eating cause the family was eating together with us. We would definitely come back if we ever come to Iseo lake again! Our warmest recommendations from Denmark🇩🇰🥰
- La Cesarina Paolina Campana sei stata strepitosa, hai superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Ci hai accolto con calore nella tua splendida casa e ci hai deliziato con i tuoi piatti. L’ingrediente base di tutte le portate è la grande passione per quello che fai, è tuo speciale “mestolo” che fa “legare” amore, professionalità e bravura e tutto risulta perfettamente bilanciato. Luciano è un ottimo padrone di casa che ci ha fatto sentire delle principesse…..ma tu sei l’indiscussa Regina 💐💐💐
