Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the class
- Ravioli with ricotta and tomato sauce
- Fried pizza
- Sanit Joseph's zeppola
In this experience, we offer traditional dishes. The appetizer teaches us that with flour and water, anything is possible: in Naples, a bit of flour creates something great and special. Fried pizza, also known as "montanara," is prepared by frying pizza dough and then topping it with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. For the first course, we'll savor Sorrento-style ravioli, made with fresh ricotta, basil, and simply served with tomato sauce: delicious! To finish, we'll enjoy the tasty St. Joseph's zeppola, traditionally prepared in Naples to celebrate Father's Day on March 19.
- We were pleasantly surprised when we realised that we were having a private cooking lesson with Daniella in her own home. This was a real authentic Italian cooking experience, using local ingredients that true locals purchase. We made notes and wrote down our recipes so that we can try to make again at home. We had such fun getting to know Daniella and her family, thank you
- We had a great time with our hosts learning to make local specialties. However, the description of the event said "pasta making class", but we did not actually make pasta, we just used pasta in one of the dishes we made. We still had a great time and the food we learned to cook was delicious.

The first village you come across along the Sorrento peninsula is Vico Equense, located between the sea and the Lattari mountains. The most famous postcard scene of this characteristic village is the pink façade of the former cathedral of Santa Maria Annnunziata, built on a rocky spur overlooking the sea. Here you can breathe the air of gastronomic tradition, thanks to the fertile land the village proudly sits on. To get to know and enjoy the products from this area, a stop at Cesarina Daniela's home is a must. At Daniela’s table you will find amusement, joy and curiosity and enjoy an experience that is not only culinary but one of local life. Daniela has always cooked. Initially, she cooked out of necessity. Today, however, she cooks out of curiosity. She loves discovering new flavors, new cultures, new ingredients. "Curiosity is the essence of life."
