We will find out together how the real Roman pansanella is prepared.
A bruschetta softened by tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, artichokes and spices. We continue with the handmade fettuccine with a white sauce based on mushrooms, peas and bacon. We will finish by making a coffee tiramisù. Once all this is done, all we have to do is taste the fruit of our work!
