We will make the various types of dough with a hand-cranked dough sheeter as in the old days. We will reacquaint ourselves with our origins and times. We will put a pinch of creativity and have lunch together tasting our handiwork! All we have left to do is to sit at the table with plenty of hunger and a good glass of wine
