Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the class

We put on our aprons and with flour, water and yeast we get our hands dirty and knead the Apulian focaccia and panzerotti .....with semolina we create having fun beautiful orecchiette and then the very good dessert (cartellate) with ice creamwe knead it all in my big kitchen and then we will enjoy the whole dinner on the panoramic terrace in the summer and in the living area, next to the fireplace in the winterorecchiette and then the very good dessert (cartellate) with ice cream
