I'm Anna, your Venetian Cesarina, and I'm here to take you into the wonderful world of homemade pasta. This course is perfect for all lovers of good cuisine, who like me, could never give up pasta! You will learn the secrets of making handmade pasta, following traditional techniques using a rolling pin and a pasta board, just as our grandmothers used to do. We will use seasonal ingredients to create tasty and flavorful dishes that you will be able to easily replicate at home. I can't wait to share my passion for Italian cuisine with you and to eat our delicious creations together!
