In this master class we will cook a traditional Italian lunch together.
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to mash up some potatoes for our gnocchi or knead and roll out the dough for fresh pasta!
We will start with the classic aperitivo: I will teach you how to create a drink of your choice (negroni, spritz, americano, mi-to, etc.). We will then prepare our first course, your choice of egg pasta or potato gnocchi , to prepare this dish I will share with you the recipe that my grandmother handed down to me <3. Finally we will end the cooking class with one of the best versions you will have ever tasted of the classic tiramisu!
