In our urban Masseria dating back to the 1700s, we offer a unique menu where all products come from our farm, cheeses and cold cuts, vegetables, bread, pasta and spirits are produced by our family. The "economic " fire kitchen is on view and here all cooking is done, in pignata, long and slow, paying care and attention to the food.
We will guide you to discover the typical dishes of Matinese tradition, poor dishes, rich in local herbs and aromas, but at the same time tasty. Appetizer: charcuterie and homemade cheese board with vegetables, focaccia and potato pitta, pittule and panzerotti, bread and pucce. Primo: parmigiana with meatballs and pecorino cheese Dessert: great palette of "pitteddhe," "cupeta," "mustazzoli" and other typical sweets.
