In a particularly pleasant environment, you can enjoy different dishes of typical Salento cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal products from local and organic farming.

With our guests we collect the products of the earth and all dishes are prepared together.

You can enjoy an amazing aperitif made with food and drinks on the patio outside.

Dinner is served in a really welcoming way thanks to a big fireplace in the middle of the living room.

At the end of the evening, you can play good music or relax chatting accompanied by a fine homemade Limoncello.

How wonderful it was to have the opportunity to taste Vincenzo’s home cooking with local ingredients. She and her husband, Antonio, were amazing hosts teaching my group (4 adults and 2 kids) making pasta and learning the Italian culture. Everyone in my group had a great time. Thank you for taking us in to meet your beautiful family! We were told that we are the first Americans to take her class… we highly recommend Vencenza’s class to our fellow Americans. :)

"My cuisine is above all based on very fresh and seasonal foods. I particularly like preparing typical local dishes but I do not dislike Asian, vegan and healthy cuisine. My specialties in addition to typical local dishes such as orecchiette, homemade pasta, artisan sweets, it also boasts Padthay, soy noodles with Asian ingredients, sweet and sour Thai risotto in a pineapple crust".
