Local market tour and class in Figline Valdarno

Local market tour, hands-on cooking class followed by lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared during the class.

After shopping at the market we will move to the countryside: the experience will be at my home in an old convent in the Chianti hills 5 km from the centre of Figline Valdarno. We will cooperate together in the preparation of dishes, making them unique ... we will try using our creativity.

We will cook the fresh things bought at the market ... so you too can choose the ingredients, for the pici we will use ancient grain flours or mixed flours, except for intolerances or guests' preferences. Before lunch we will have a tasty aperitif and after it you can choose to relax in the beautiful park of lime trees or take a walk to the belvedere between olive groves and vineyards.
