During this pizza master class you will join me to begin making pizza dough, a unique dough that we will use for all our subsequent preparations. If this is your first time making pizza dough, get ready to have fun and get your hands dirty! After preparing the pizza dough we will let it rest and rise, in the meantime we will focus on preparing the ingredients we will use as toppings to make our pizza! We will choose together the perfect toppings to customize our pizza to your taste, but remember: no pineapple!

I love baked goods, especially pizza in all its versions. I make a purely classic cuisine (my origins are Umbrian, but I am Emilian by adoption!) and I enjoy adding some contemporary and fusion flavors from time to time. I am available for cooking classes and market tours, unfortunately not yet for lunches & dinners. I speak Italian, English and Spanish.
