First of all a visit to the local market to choose the best salami and cheeses to taste during our aperitive with appetizers, but then everybody let’s go home to enrolled our sleeves and put hands in pasta! We’ll share the preparation of home made fettuccine dipping into a creamy sauce made of mushrooms and sausages! The happy ending of the meal will be the ciambellone with almonds and chocolate drops obviously paired with a delicious espresso, and the receipt will be followed step by step by my guests.
My kitchen will welcome you to prepare and cook all the dishes, but for tasting them we’ll go to the living room or to the terrace (if the weather is fine).
