Our tour will start from my house which is located in the center of Baveno, we have a bakery, a shop of typical products and gastronomy, a pastry shop and an ice cream parlor that we will reach on foot in a few minutes: we will take a gastronomic journey into our traditions Piedmontese. Baveno is a small town on the shores of Lake Maggiore and everything takes place around a small square, so we will explore the area and then return to my house and prepare a dinner with the products we have purchased. Together we will prepare the noodles, knead and roll the dough with a rolling pin and then enjoy everything in an excellent dinner
