Let's have fun together in this experience teaching you how to prepare a typical Florentine meal, starting with the purchase of excellent ingredients at the local market and ending with a tasting in the garden in the summer! We can choose together what you like so that we can cook your favorite dishes or those you are most curious to try... you will thus have a completely personalized experience that will enrich your stay in my beautiful city.
This is also a precious opportunity for me, as I have the chance to welcome guests from all over the world, which always enriches the day we spend together.

- We had a market and cooking class with Barbara. We loved going to the market with her and she made the market more accessible and interesting. Then we went to her house to cook. Our younger son loved playing with her little dog and Barbara was really flexible about him coming into and out of the cooking. She was very patient and encouraging of our older son in separating eggs. We made three delicious dishes and had a wonderful lunch! Barbara timed the class very well and we weren't rushed. It was a great morning and a wonderful way to start our time in Florence! We definitely recommend and would love to do another class!
- Barbara was a fabulous host. Her home cooked dinner was delicious and certainly the best gnocchi my husband and I had ever eaten. Loved the whole experience of enjoying home cooking with a gorgeous host and beautiful daughter. Bellissimo! PS. I would love to know the gnocchi recipe to try at home!
- Barbara was a wonderful Cesarine. We really enjoyed her warm hospitality, friendly demeanor, and great food! She is a great cook that is easy to learn from and makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
- Barbara is an amazing Cesarine! She received me in her beautiful home with a delicious Bruscheta and promptly made sure I felt comfortable even though other people had canceled and the session was just the two of us. She then helped me in learning and cooking delicious italian pasta and Tiramisu. I couldn't ask for a more gracious teacher or for a better experience in cooking! Can't recommend enough! Will be booking other Cesarine experiences in the future.
