Cooking lesson: learn how to cook Italian recipes with a local Cesarina
In my home in Chiavari, with breathtaking views of the sea, you will discover how to make the original pesto alla Genovese: I will reveal the family recipe, the original ingredients and how to prepare it.
We will use an antique marble mortar and it will be the star of our basil-scented menu. At the end of the course we will enjoy together a first course where pesto is the protagonist, and many other local specialties. I look forward to seeing you!
