Your menu

This menu features an aperitif of Alta Langa vermouth or sparkling wine and a mix of traditional Piedmontese appetizers: peppers with old-fashioned sauce, green anchovies on homemade bread croutons, vegetable pie with local toma cheese, carpionata ( vegetables and eggs covered with a wine, vinegar and sage-based sauce), cooked salami, Piedmontese antipasto with vegetables and egg,soma d'aj ( bread flavored with garlic), local cheese or polenta with homemade cugnà (mustard). Appetizers will be accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks. Final traditional dessert of chocolate, peaches and macaroons.

: We started with an interesting tour on the market. Fabiana knows the local stands with the best vegetables. She told us which tomatoes to use for which dishes. At their place Fabiana and Andrea really made us feel at home. First we prepared tiramisu and then pasta fresca which we used later for agnolotti. They were helpful along the way and made sure we did it right. We finished the cooking class with our own prepared dinner, together with Fabiana and Andrea. Would definitely recommend!
