I cooked for many years in a nursery school, then in a retirement home and now I cook in a center where I teach Italian pacts to foreign children and learn from them those of their land, for an immense cultural and human exchange. Despite this, the desire to cook is never enough for me, which is why I decided to open doors of my house and to discover the magic of the typical Molise dishes that I prepare for my family."
