The chickpea Farinata, famous original focaccia from Liguria, also widespread in Piemonte and Tuscany, among the most popular street food, has had a long history started with the occupation of Genova of the Roman troops. It will be followed by ravioli with ricotta and spinach (homemade pasta) with butter and sage. The final dessert is a traditional donut.
