Making gnocchi was my Saturday morning task. With grandma we would choose the best potatoes and, as soon as they were cooked, together we would start kneading. The memory is still very present in my mind and also in that of my children to whom I wanted to pass on this tradition of ours. In this cooking class we will learn how to make potato gnocchi. We can dress them with pesto or with a meat and sausage ragout. As an appetizer we will make a chickpea mousse together while dessert will be the most classic of tiramisu, the coffee tiramisu. All this in my house that is still grandmother's house where you can breathe the tradition of old-fashioned flavors and from where you can enjoy a view of the Borromean Islands.
