Experience the three most famous dishes of Tuscan and Romagnolo culinary traditions. Each participant will get hands-on, crafting three different types of egg pasta. You can choose to roll out the dough with a rolling pin or use the classic manual pasta machine. Throughout this authentic cooking class, you'll delve into Italian cuisine, learning valuable techniques and recipes. Participants will receive a recipe booklet, ensuring the delicious dishes can be recreated at home. At the end of the course, savor the masterpieces we've created together, or take your creations home to enjoy later.
