- Hunter style pork ribs
- Tiramisù
It will begin with an aperitif of Italian bubbles with appetizers and then continue with an appetizer made with peppers and taleggio cheese from Lombardy. A demonstration of the preparation of the first course will then take place: risotto alla monzese. This is followed as a second course by pork chops alla cacciatora and concludes with the inevitable tiramisu.
