Are you ready to try a real Valsassina menu? Our appetizers include: cured meats, such as lardo, coppa and salami, sausages. Depending on the seasons, we can prepare mushrooms or roast capon from our own free-range farm, "guitar strings" pasta with mutton ragout and pecorino cheese.

Or, why not have a barbecue with pork ribs and arrosticini? Our signature dishes include: parmesan-style lamb tripe and lamb stew, lamb chops ready to be cooked- either over charcoal or Milanese style, barley soup and lasagna with goose ragout. For dessert, we will offer homemade jam tarts.
