You are invited to “Silvia's house", Sicilian smells and flavors await you. You will be hosted by my family in a welcoming environment. You will be able to observe firsthand the preparations of the dishes that we will all taste together.

- My daughter and I had a wonderful morning during the cooking course at Silvia's house. Silvia is an uncomplicated, cheerful and warm person and an excellent cook. In her work, she makes a point of using Sicilian products of the highest quality. She explained to us what to look for and how to recognise these products. All the dishes she prepared tasted fantastic and had a great Sicilian flavour. Back home in Germany, we have now cooked two of the dishes she taught us and have received compliments. Dear Silvia, thank you for the wonderful time with you and your family.
- It was such a pleasure to meet and learn how to cook with Silvia and her daughter. My daughter and I had such a great time and she made us feel like family. We really enjoyed learning how to make pasta, sauce and cannoli's. This was our BEST meal on my entire trip. I would highly recommend her cooking class and would love to do it again next time we are in Siracusa Italy. Until we meet again. XoXo

Cesarina from 2023Location: Syracuse Languages: Italian, English, FrenchI was practically born with a ladle in one hand and a rolling pin in the other. I started approaching the kitchen at a very young age, kneading pizza and pasta dough. At six years old, I received a toy oven and never stopped. Over the years, I became increasingly passionate about experimenting with regional dishes as well as those from around the world. When I became a mother, I took pastry courses as it was the final step to perfect my skills. I have always loved organizing lunches and dinners for my friends and family. I enjoy meeting new people, and today, thanks to Cesarine, I am rediscovering my regional cuisine along with many new friends from all over the world.
