I look forward to seeing you at the Macellaro Winery, in the heart of Cilento, for a vineyard experience where you can learn the secrets of the art of winemaking. We will visit the winery where bottle aging takes place, to better understand the entire production process. Then we will move on to tastings of our three most representative wines - Fiano, Montepulciano and Aglianico, accompanied by our organic evo olive oil - to be enjoyed together with local products: a mix of bruschetta topped with extra virgin olive oil, anchovies from Cetara, tuna, bruised olives, buffalo mozzarella from Campania and pork loin. As a first course, pasta 'allo Scarpariello' and, to follow, salt cod and peperoni cruschi.

Now I would call myself a 'country cook' with the passion of fish, in my dishes there is the seasonality and authenticity of the raw materials that are used. I’m very attached to the products of the territory and I enjoy preparing recipes empty fridge".
