"I'm of Apulian origin and, as tradition dictates, since I was a child I saw mom, grandmother and aunt cook for the whole family. Every party was an occasion to feast. I started to cook when I was eight years old and since then I never stopped. My cooking is a mix of various experiences. I arrived in Bologna at 18 years old and attended various traditional cooking classes. I have travelled a lot and this has also influenced my cuisine. In every country I visited I took a course to 'steal' the local tricks. I have a very cozy home. In fact my table is always surrounded by friends. After all, a famous sentence says that 'you always cook thinking about someone, otherwise you’re just preparing food'. That’s the secret for me."
