Antonietta was born and raised in a land full of distinctive flavours and colours, where the Apuane Alps meet the Appenines, called the Garfagnana. This area has a strong sense of identity that is reflected in its simple, honest and incredibly flavoursome food.

Antonietta’s Taste Experience takes you on an immersive journey where you can discover the joys of Tuscan cuisine through her own family traditions. Our Cesarina is proud to tell her story, and how her love of cooking grew from her family life. Traditional local recipes have formed a tangible bond between Antonietta, her mother and grandmother. Antonietta’s loves preparing humble classics, and every course is prepared with her heart and soul. And of course, she ensures to use only the finest local produce. Just like her cooking philosophy, Antonietta’s table is simple and homely, but always prepared with the utmost care.

Perfetto! Wir hatten die Möglichkeit zu zweit mit der wunderbaren Antonietta zu kochen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es war sogar eine Übersetzerin vor Ort die alles genau erklärte. Abschließend wurde in aller Ruhe mit Antonietta, ihrem Mann und der Übersetzerin gegessen. Sehr grosse Empfehlung.

L’esperienza da Antonietta è stata semplicemente meravigliosa! Piero, il marito di Antonietta, e Antonietta ci hanno accolti in maniera estremamente calorosa, facendoci subito sentire a casa nostra. La lezione è stata interessantissima e davvero divertente, immersa in una location molto suggestiva circondata da natura e verde. Essendo un gruppo di ragazze italiane, ci aspettavamo meno sorprese di quelle che abbiamo ricevuto; ma Antonietta porta con sè la cultura della cucina toscana tradizionale e sa raccontare la storia di ogni singolo ingrediente, rendendo così l’esperienza ancora più magica. È stata un’esperienza magnifica che non dimenticheremo mai! Un grandissimo ringraziamento a Piero e Antonietta per la loro compagnia, l’autenticità con cui organizzano quest’esperienza per i loro ospiti e per averci fatto preparare un pranzo delizioso.

Words just can’t describe how amazing an experience this was. Antonietta is a master at her craft!! Her family was warm and inviting, and she even tailored the meal to accommodate my food choice…lasagne Toscane!! Her instructions were clear, the food was phenomenal, and she ensured that I had recipes to take with me. Antonietta and her husband, Piero, are now my friends on Facebook, and I’m very excited to be able to keep in touch with these wonderful people. I just can’t recommend this enough!! If you have the opportunity to cook with Antonietta, don’t hesitate!! It will be the experience of a lifetime!

Mein Kochkurs bei Antoinetta war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Ich war die einzige Kochschülerin und fühlte mich wie ein Teil der Familie. Ich wurde sehr umsorgt und für mich war extra eine Übersetzerin vor Ort. Mir wurde alles ausfûhrlich erklärt und ich durfte dann selbst ausprobieren. Antonietta hat sich viel Zeit genommen, ihr war die Begeisterung für die toskanische Küche anzumerken. Besonders toll war, dass sie genau erklärt hat, wie man die richtigen Zutaten aussucht, auf was man achten muss, um einen gesundes und hochwertiges typische toskanisches Essen zu kochen. Der Kurs fand in herrlichem Ambiente statt, die Küche ist ein Traum. Ich habe viele tolle Tips bekommen. Am Schluss hatten wir ein leckeres Menü, das wir zusammen im herrlichen Garten genossen haben. Es war sogar möglich, Öl, Wein, Honig etc mitzunehmen, so dass ich das Erlebnis daheim nochmal nachholen kann. Dazu kann ich die Kochschürze tragen und die mitgegeben Rezepte nutzen. Vielen Dank an Antonietta und ihre Familie. Das mache ich bestimmt wieder!
