Antonio began to love good food as a child, helping his mother, an emilian doc, in preparing pumpkin tortelli, erbazzone, cannelloni, lasagna, tagliatelle, rice cake...Despite a life spent in the world of finance, between London and Milan, his true passion has always been in the kitchen and, once he chose to live between the Tuscan sea, in Massa, and the mountains of Livigno, he devoted himself to the art of cooking. "Every time I cook my dishes, the result of my various contaminations, I feel the true joy of creating moments of friendship, taste and lightheartedness. My kitchen is a place for meeting, creativity, study and meditation in the home."
